1. Domain Purchase Agreement

By purchasing the domain certified.directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The sale is facilitated through DomainSea.io, a trusted domain escrow service that ensures secure transactions for both buyers and sellers.

2. Payment and Transfer Process

All payments are processed through DomainSea.io's secure escrow system. The domain transfer process begins once payment is confirmed and typically completes within 3-7 business days. The exact timeline depends on the domain registrar's transfer requirements.

3. Escrow Protection

Funds are held in escrow until the domain transfer is successfully completed. If the transfer fails due to seller non-compliance, a full refund will be issued. DomainSea.io acts as a neutral third party to protect both buyer and seller interests.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Domain transfer fails due to seller action or inaction
• Domain is misrepresented or has undisclosed liens/restrictions
• Technical issues prevent transfer completion within 30 days

Refunds are not available once the domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer's account.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Complete the domain transfer process promptly when initiated
• Accept the domain "as-is" after successful transfer

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the domain purchase will first be addressed through DomainSea.io's dispute resolution process. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with DomainSea.io's terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the domain. Neither the seller nor DomainSea.io shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the domain purchase or use.
